Some special things I do with yogurt:
ReplyDelete- Freeze it in the container. It tastes like ice cream if you use your imagination and it must be eaten slowly!
-I make healthy parfaits by layering yogurt and fresh fruit in a tall clear glass.
- You can top your yogurt with Fiber One cereal, any other dry cereal, or granola for a nice quick breakfast.
Enjoy!

In our house we eat a lot of yogurt. The grandkids like vanilla the best and will eat it with graham crackers for a snack. I like to eat mine with fresh fruit sometimes or I'll toss in a handfull of cereal for some extra crunch. We use yogurt to make smoothies
